Book a consult
The first conversation is a free 20-minute discovery call, held online by video or in person in Mainz, in English or German. There is nothing to pay and nothing to prepare.
What happens on the call
You talk, mostly. I want to hear what's actually going on — how long it's been going on, what has already been tried, and what a good outcome would look like for you.
I tell you honestly what I think would help. That includes telling you if I don't think testing is worth your money, or if what you're describing belongs with a doctor rather than with me.
If it's a fit, we book the proper intake. If it isn't, you leave with a clearer idea of what to do next, and that's a perfectly good outcome.
You will not be sold anything on this call. It exists because working out whether something fits shouldn't cost €120.

You get a confirmation email with the call link or the address, plus a couple of short questions to answer beforehand so we don't spend the call on admin.

Use the link in your confirmation email, or just reply to it. No charge for the discovery call either way. For paid consults: cancel or move 48 hours or more before your appointment and you get a full refund or a new date. With less than 48 hours’ notice there’s no refund, but you can transfer your place to someone else. Full terms are in the Client Agreement.
